In the store today, while getting pizza:

Me: Get me two pepperonis please
Dude: Excuse me?
Me: Two slices of pepperoni

(Dude looks at me like I am insane, goes to the deli slicer and cuts TWO SLICES of pepperoni, not pizza, but the pepperoni)
