Back from a Break

The abundance of work in the past two weeks, means this journal has missed out on what many call the start of the election campaign in Russia; what rather seems as an internal an external struggle for power. The paradox is that none of the external forces have any idea of what is going on, and I bet the folks at the Administration in the Kremlin are having a blast reading Western publications.
